Attended Transfer

This is a type of transfer where the caller is placed on hold and allows you to communicate with the target person before transfer with the ability to return to the originating caller without transferring. 

To make an attended transfer press the att. transfer button while on the call.

This will then send you back to the dial pad 

Dial the extension of the target party and press the green call button. 

Once the target party has answered you have the option to Transfer to the target part by pressing the blue Transfer button

Alternativly if you presss the grey cancel button you get the option to press the grey switch button which will let you toggle between calling and target parties. or the Red button to terminate the call and return to the calling partys call or if you wish to proceed with the transfer press the att transfer button.

If you do return to the original call the original calling party will be on hold and you will need to press the hold button to return to the call.
